Even though her birthday is in the spring, Jeannie's favorite time of year is Halloween. She loves to dress up in costumes, try new makeup tutorials, and of course give her sisters a little fright. Who should she dress up as this year?
Appearance[]
Jeannie is a yellow tulip flower. Her petals are dark yellow at the base with a gradient to light yellow at the tips. The top of her head - the inside of her petals - is a lighter yellow again. She has two large, pale green leaves which cup the bottom half of her body. She has round, black eyes with short lashes, a winking right eye and a smiling mouth.
