Kiai! Gist has a blue belt in karate and he would love to show you his favorite moves. When Gist isn't in class, he practices outside in his backyard, or watches karate movies for inspiration. Gist always brings carrot and celery stick snacks to class-he loves the crunch sound they make!

Gist has a green and blue can with bubbles on the right side and on bottom and top there grey. The soda lid is blue and green, and he has closed eyes and a red smile.
