Scooter is an elevator inspector with a secret--he's afraid of heights! Though his test rides can make him a bit nervous, his anxiousness ensures no bump or bang is left unchecked. Last week, he even summoned the courage to check floor 13!

Scooter has vanilla frosting with a swirl of orange caramel and raisins and walnuts on the middle layer. He is a carrot cake with two vanilla frosting on the top and bottom layer. He has a dollop of cream and a carrot on top of his head. his face consists of round, black eyes and mouth with dark orange cheeks.
